www.mycakerybakery.com

To cut a round cake:
Measure two inches from the outside edge and cut a circle.  From
within that circle, cut wedges approximately 2 inches wide.  Once the
outer circle has been cut, measure two inches from the new edge and
cut a circle.  Repeat as above until the cake is completely cut.

To cut a square cake or a sheet cake:
Measure two inches from the outside edge and cut a straight line
across.  Slice pieces of cake that are two inches wide.  Once that first
line is cut, measure two inches from the edge and proceed as above.
Repeat until the cake is completely cut.
